Starting WR's from the opposing teams QB's team

I could start Lance Moore or Randall Cobb in my fantasy playoff game. My opponent is playing Aaron Rodgers. Do you think it is better to play Cobb over Moore, despite both of them having relatively easy opponents, in order to sort of combat Aaron Rodgers possibly having a big game?

My other WR is Roddy White.

You could look at it the other way around, and start Cobb hoping most of the big plays and/or TD's go to him.

Are you playing in a PPR league?
Are RB/WR Td's 6pts vs QB 4pts?
